While many businesses across the USA were still deciding they'd handle LGBT marriage and equality, the Marriott brand had already made corporate-wide steps toward inclusiveness. The world-famous Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in sunny Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida started training their employees even before the Supreme Court ruling made marriage-equality the law of the land.
